Losing weight!


Hola Chica's!

I just found a new way to lose weight. I am not saying that you should stop training and that it is ok to eat whatever 'cause then you won't go anywhere. But this is something that I just read about and I am going to try it this week and probably after California to see if I am getting somewhere. So this is what you do: every morning when you wake up, you start the day with a normal tempetured class of water and press a lemon in to the water and drink it. I am also going to try it when I come home from school aswell. I do not promise anything, but at least it's worth a shot, or what do ya'll say my dear friends?
